Sure, government policy would be very helpful. But the truth is that until there is enough profit for big coorporation and their lobbyist to benefit, there won't be any policy changes; and with the demand for fossil fuels going up while supply is decreasing, there is still plenty of profit to be made in fossil fuels.
So in light of that, we choose to use the resources we do have available to help teach others. We hope that it motivates others to change one thing, or another; and that they end up motivating others as well. By simply doing our part, we can motivate others to do theirs, and collectively make a difference.
